Refund & Cancellation
1. Once the amount paid, it will not be refunded. Please book your session only after you are sure about your timing.
2. In case of any sudden emergency or personal problem, if Iam informed in advanced 12 hours prior to the schedule session for Delhi/NCR and minimum 48 hours prior for other cities, the session can be re-scheduled. It will be decided by me whether to re-scheduled the session or not after evaluating the emergency of the client. Please note, no money will be refunded.
3. In case if the client doesn't respond properly on time, once after reaching at the designated premises, session will be called canceled. No money will be refunded and no session will be re-scheduled. Also the client have to pay full due amount further next session when she books in future.
